Payment Terms
Clients are required to make payments according to the following terms:
- Payment Schedule: A deposit of 50% is required upon agreement of services, with the remaining balance due upon completion.
- Payment Methods: We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and bank transfers.
- Late Payments: Late payments may incur a fee of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that circumstances can change. To cancel a scheduled service, please adhere to the following policy:
- Cancellation requests must be made at least 48 hours in advance.
- Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee equal to 20% of the total service cost.
- In the event of a cancellation by Gardening Norwood, clients will receive a full refund of any deposits paid.
Liability

- Damages resulting from unforeseen natural events such as storms, floods, or pests.
- Pre-existing conditions in your garden or property.
- Accidents or injuries that occur during the execution of our services, unless caused by gross negligence.
Clients are encouraged to inform us of any known issues or potential hazards before services commence.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are expected to:
- Provide accurate information regarding the condition and requirements of their garden.
- Ensure that Gardening Norwood has access to all areas of the property necessary for service delivery.
- Obtain any required permissions or permits for large-scale gardening projects.
Intellectual Property
All designs, plans, and materials provided by Gardening Norwood remain the intellectual property of the company unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Clients may not reproduce or distribute any proprietary materials without explicit permission.
